You drive. We keep you DOT-compliant.
Our FMCSA-registered consortium pulls your random selections, texts your driver a pass to a collection site down the road, puts every result in front of an MRO, and keeps your Clearinghouse queries current — so a DOT audit is a folder you hand over, not a fire you fight.
From $8/driver/mo· annual saves 2 months

How it works
Three steps. Then you forget about it.
Step 1 of 3
Enroll in minutes
Add your DOT number and your drivers. They’re in a compliant random pool the same day — no 30-day onboarding, no paper application sitting on someone’s desk.

Step 2 of 3
Your drivers join our pool
Your drivers go into our FMCSA-registered consortium pool. Every quarter we pull the whole pool at the federal minimums — 50% for drugs, 10% for alcohol — and your drivers are randomly selected as part of it. Every draw is logged so an auditor can reproduce it. Not “trust us.” Math.

Step 3 of 3
Get tested and stay covered
The second a driver is picked, he gets a text and an email with a collection pass to the nearest collection site. An MRO reviews every result; if something’s off, your DER signs before anything moves. Clearinghouse queries stay current the whole time.

Find a collection site near you
Your drivers give their sample at any in-network collection site — 19,000+ nationwide. Enter a ZIP or city to see the closest ones.
Audit-ready proof
One certificate. Audit over.
The day you enroll you get a dated Certificate of Enrollment — active membership under 49 CFR Part 382 & 40, the one document a DOT auditor or a broker actually asks for. It stays current as your pool changes.
- Proof of active consortium membership, dated and verifiable
- Reproducible random-selection logs behind every draw
- MRO letters and chain-of-custody on file, ready to hand over

How our consortium works
Not a binder of PDFs. A program that runs itself.
- Quarterly FMCSA random selections
- 50% drug and 10% alcohol — the federal minimums — with every draw logged so an auditor can check the math.
- MRO review, DER control
- A Medical Review Officer reviews every result. We flag it. You sign it. Nothing reaches the Clearinghouse until your DER says so.
- Nationwide collection sites
- Your driver gets a pass to the collection site down the road, on his phone. In and out.
- FMCSA Clearinghouse queries
- Pre-employment full queries with the driver’s e-signed consent, plus the annual query every CDL driver needs.
- Driver SMS and email alerts
- A text and an email the moment a driver is selected. Fewer missed tests. Fewer no-shows that turn into refusals.
- Audit-ready records
- Selection lists, chain-of-custody, MRO letters — one folder you hand over, not a fire you fight.
More than random testing
Your whole DOT program, one login.
Order any DOT test — not just random
Pre-employment, post-accident, reasonable-suspicion, return-to-duty, follow-up — order it on demand through the same national network, flat $60, with the pass texted to your driver. DOT physicals too.
Keep your driver files here too
Add DQF file management and keep every 49 CFR Part 391 document — application, MVR, medical card, Clearinghouse — audit-ready in the same place. One platform for your whole fleet.

Frequently asked questions
- Am I required to be in a consortium?
- If you have CDL drivers subject to DOT testing, yes — 49 CFR Part 382 says you must be in a random pool. And you can’t be a pool of one: FMCSA won’t let a single-truck operation pull its own name. That’s what a consortium is for.
- What happens if a driver tests positive?
- A Medical Review Officer reviews it before it counts against anyone — plenty of first results don’t hold up. If it’s real, we flag it and your Designated Employer Representative (DER) decides the next step. Nothing goes to the Clearinghouse until you sign. We flag, you sign.
- How fast can I get enrolled?
- Today. Add your drivers and they’re in the random pool — no paper application, no waiting week.
- Do you handle the FMCSA Clearinghouse?
- Yes. Pre-employment full queries (the driver e-signs consent), the annual query every CDL driver needs, and violation reports filed inside the 3-business-day window.
- Do you cover pre-employment drug tests too?
- Yes — pre-employment, random, post-accident, reasonable-suspicion, return-to-duty, and follow-up. All through the same national collection network. DOT physicals are orderable too.
