Tracks every mile

You're Leaving IFTA Tax Credits on the Table

Stop overpaying.

Last quarter, Marcus got a $3,200 credit. He didn't drive more. He didn't buy more fuel. He just started tracking his miles properly. FleetCollect does one thing: turns your phone into an IFTA machine that tracks every mile, logs every gallon, and shows you exactly what you're owed.

The FleetCollect Solution

You Drive. We Count.

Keep your phone in your pocket. When you cross into Oklahoma at mile 247, the app logs it automatically.
Fill up in Tulsa? Tap 'Add Fuel' and enter 87 gallons—the app calculates that Oklahoma owes you $12.47.
End of quarter? One tap generates a PDF you can hand straight to your accountant.

The IFTA Problem

Pen and Paper Don't Track State Lines

Missed State Crossings

You drove through 4 states last Tuesday. Did you write down where you crossed each line and at what mile? Most drivers don't—and that's $200+ in credits, gone.

Lost Credits

You buy fuel in low-tax states and drive through high-tax states. The math should favor you—but if you can't prove the miles, you pay full price.

Audit Penalties

When an auditor asks for your Q2 mileage by state, all you have is a shoebox of receipts and a vague memory. Penalties start at $50 per infraction.

“Used to spend hours every quarter on IFTA paperwork. Now I just tap start, drive, and tap stop. Got a $3,200 credit last quarter I would have missed.”

Marcus Williams

“I run 4 trucks. Before FleetCollect, I'd spend an entire Saturday reconciling IFTA every quarter. Now my drivers tap start, tap stop, and I export the report in 30 seconds. Q3 took me 8 minutes total.”

Elena Rodriguez

“Simple as it gets. I'm not tech-savvy but even I figured this out in 5 minutes. Best $9 I spend every month.”

Frequently Asked Questions

What is IFTA?
IFTA (International Fuel Tax Agreement) is a tax agreement between US states and Canadian provinces that simplifies fuel tax reporting for commercial vehicles traveling across jurisdictions. Instead of filing with each state, you file one quarterly report and either pay taxes owed or receive credits for taxes already paid at the pump.
How does automatic mileage tracking work?
When you tap "Start Trip," our app uses your iPhone's GPS to track your location as you drive. It automatically detects when you cross state lines and logs the miles driven in each state. All tracking happens in the background so you can focus on driving.
Is the data accurate enough for IFTA audits?
Yes. Our GPS tracking provides mileage accuracy that meets IFTA audit requirements. We store complete trip records including timestamps, routes, and state-by-state breakdowns that auditors can verify.
What states and provinces are supported?
FleetCollect supports all 48 contiguous US states and 10 Canadian provinces that participate in IFTA. Our system automatically calculates tax rates based on current jurisdiction rates.
How do I file my IFTA report?
FleetCollect generates a complete quarterly IFTA report showing miles driven and fuel purchased in each jurisdiction, plus your tax credits and debits. You can export this report and submit it to your base jurisdiction, or give it to your accountant to file on your behalf.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Trip tracking works offline and syncs when you have connectivity. You can log fuel purchases offline too—just enter the state, gallons, and price, and everything syncs automatically.
