- Every document 49 CFR Part 391 requires, tracked per driver with expiration alerts and an audit-ready export. Drivers upload their own medical cards and MVRs from a text link — no app, no password.
- IFTA fuel tax tracking
- A phone in the cab records state-by-state mileage by GPS, so your quarterly return is built from where the truck actually went instead of a guess off the odometer.
- DOT drug and alcohol testing
- A nationwide consortium for owner-operators and small fleets: random pool management, collection-site scheduling, and MRO review.
- Free FMCSA carrier tools
- Look up any carrier by DOT number — authority, insurance, safety scores, inspection history. Free, no signup, pulled live from FMCSA public records.
Who builds it
FleetCollect is operated by Solve For Solutions LLC, a California limited liability company based in Carson, and was founded in 2024 by Herman Armstrong. It is independently owned and funded by the people who pay for it — its customers.
That shapes the product more than any mission statement would. There is no enterprise tier holding the useful features hostage, the FMCSA lookup tools are free because public records should be, and the pricing page is the pricing — not a form that routes you to a sales call.
