Don't let violations surprise you.

FleetCollect CSA Monitoring automatically tracks your safety scores and sends instant alerts when your rating changes.

Understanding This Report

Safety Rating is assigned after an FMCSA compliance review. “Satisfactory” means adequate safety controls are in place. “Conditional” means corrective action is needed. “Unsatisfactory” indicates a risk to public safety. Many carriers are “Not Rated” simply because they haven't been reviewed yet.

OOS violations are the most serious outcomes of a roadside inspection — the vehicle or driver is immediately taken off the road. A high OOS rate is a strong indicator of systemic maintenance or compliance issues.
